The mobile banking app provides quick and easy access to the most commonly used banking services. The app can be used from the age of 6 and is categorized into three age groups: children aged 6-14, adolescents aged 15-17, and adults over 18. The app's menus and services are expanded and automatically tailored to the different age groups as users grow older.

• Simple "Drag and Drop" feature for transfers between accounts.
• Ability to trade in funds and stocks.
• Alert center that notifies users of stopped payments, e-invoices, messages from the bank, and payments requiring approval.
• Secure messaging with your advisor.
• Transfer to/from your credit card.
• Capability to adjust card region locks and retrieve PIN codes for cards.
• View and make payments from accounts in other banks.

Activation:

The first time you use the mobile banking app, you need to verify your identity through:

• BankID on mobile.
• BankID.
• Internet banking password and code device from Handelsbanken.

During activation, you must create a personal four-digit code. If your phone supports biometrics, you can enable this feature for the app, allowing you to easily log in using fingerprint/Face ID instead of the personal code.
